We Can All Benefit From The Saints and The Angels 

Whether you're Christian, Buddhist, or Jewish, even if you are not religious you can believe in angels, Archangels or  Saints.   Believing in certain particular Angels or Saints has been a pastime for many folks, when needing that little extra help in their lives,  many people call upon their angels, and some people their saints. As we all know many Catholics and Christians tell of stories about St. Mary, St. Joseph, St. Francis and the list goes on and on. 

I would love to provide a site page listing as many saints and their "gifts" and as much information on Angels as I can.  This will be a work in progress as I am aware that there heiarchies in the angelic world alone that could take me years to decipher.

Archangel Uriel  (Archangel of the North)

Uriel has been one my angels for as long as I can remember. I was calling upon him for assistance. I believe I was about the age of 21 and a new parent, a single mom at that..  Feeling lost, I held my hands up to the sky and called out   “Archangel Uriel, please help me with my life! I am so lost in this moment!”  Later that night I found two giant white fluffy feathers laying on the floor into my bedroom. I have no idea where the came from still to this day, what I do believe is the Archangel Uriel gave them to me as a validation, a sign, that he was now here for me, to help me and to comfort me.

Archangel Uriel is willing to give you love, support and peace whenever you may need it. Because of this, Uriel is arguably the most accessible of the archangels, bringing harmony and peace of mind to even the most difficult types of situations.   It can be comforting to know that he is never far away, and will come to your aid whenever you need him. You may have experienced Uriel’s presence in the past without even knowing it.  

However, there will also be times when you are not in desperate need, but still wish to make contact with Archangel Uriel. That's ok!  Don’t forget to thank them, your angels or your guides for what he/they have done for you. Embrace their presence! You might want to gain some understanding about letting go of fear, guilt or some aspect of the past. You might need his help to forgive someone who has hurt or wronged you. You might want to experience his love around you.

You will find it highly beneficial to establish and maintain a relationship with Archangel Uriel. The wonderful thing about angels, is that you to do not have to be highly evolved spiritually to call upon them or to build a relationship with them.   All you have to do is trust,  put aside your ego, stand tall, spread your arms out with your hands out to the sky, then speak out a message to the angel you wish to contact, talk with them, out loud for some reason works best, but if you cannot be sure that the message you are sending in done with great intent.  When I feel my angels presence, I can feel a warmth flow over my body and a tingling in my chest/solar plexus chakra area and in my hands. Their spiritual presence will bring you a spontaneous feeling of love or joy. When you sense this, speak openly, honestly, sincerely and humbly, holding nothing back. They love to honor our requests and they will be answered.   I’ve heard people write or tell stories that in return the angels expect you to live this “perfect, wholesome, honest, etc.” type life.  The angelic realm wants us to be happy, to feel joy, love and peace in our hearts.  We are not required to try to live a perfect life free from sin…The Angels as well as the Creator and the Creator within us responds to a life that is filled with trust and love.  Be who you are because the Creator made you that way, perfect in every way! It doesn’t matter the color of your skin, the size jeans you wear around your ass or if your frustrated waiting for a green light because your running late getting your babies off to school.  You Are Perfect, Perfect Love, Perfect Light, Perfect Energy.  The best way to live your life is by trusting that you are perfect energy, and energy attracts like energy, so if you are putting out negative vibes, you most likely are attracting negative happenings. If you are putting out positive vibes, you most likely are attracting positive events.

When Martin I became pope in 649, Constantinople was the capital of the Byzantine empire and the patriarch of Constantinople was the most influential Church leader in the eastern Christian world. The struggles that existed within the Church at that time were magnified by the close cooperation of emperor and patriarch.

A teaching, strongly supported in the East, held that Christ had no human will. Twice emperors had officially favored this position, Heraclius by publishing a formula of faith and Constans II by silencing the issue of one or two wills in Christ.

Shortly after assuming the office of the papacy (which he did without first being confirmed by the emperor), Martin held a council at the Lateran in which the imperial documents were censured, and in which the patriarch of Constantinople and two of his predecessors were condemned. Constans II, in response, tried first to turn bishops and people against the pope.

Failing in this and in an attempt to kill the pope, the emperor sent troops to Rome to seize Martin and to bring him back to Constantinople. Martin, already in poor health, offered no resistance, returned with the exarch Calliopas and was then submitted to various imprisonments, tortures and hardships. Although condemned to death and with some of the torture imposed already carried out, Martin was saved from execution by the pleas of a repentant Paul, patriarch of Constantinople, who himself was gravely ill.

Martin died shortly thereafter, tortures and cruel treatment having taken their toll. He is the last of the early popes to be venerated as a martyr.
